Price
$45 per hour + Tax.
Booking
First come, first served. Reservations must be made 1 week in advance and are only confirmed once payment is accepted. We accept cash and Venmo. To reserve your spot, call (814)-761-0341.

What's Included
Exclusive Access - One photographer per time slot. Includes entire field but excludes the house and beyond the wood line.

Add-On Packages - Flower picking available for $25 per bouquet. Notify us in advance if needed.
​​

Restrictions
Props - No glitter, confetti, or flower picking without add-on. Props need approval. Clean up after yourself. Cleaning charges will apply.
​
Access Times - Only during public events or reserved time. Trespassing is prohibited.
​
Setup/Tear Down - Must be within your reserved time. Charges apply for overage. Please, take all garbage with you.
Pet Policy - No pets unless pre-approved; service animals must be announced.
Damage Fees - Charged at retail price for any crop damage. Explain rules to your clients.

Location Details
Working farm - equipment visible, uneven ground. Not easily accessible for those with limited mobility.
​
Facilities - No bathrooms on-site.
​
What to Bring - Bug spray, sunscreen, appropriate footwear and water.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule - at least one week prior for a refund. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee.
Weather Conditions - Severe weather (e.g., storms, extreme heat) may necessitate rescheduling at our discretion. Too sunny, too windy, etc. are not viable reason for cancellation.
Policy Changes - We reserve the right to update policies without notice. Violations may result in reservation termination without refund.
